Workout of the Day

"Twins"

2 rounds, of each couplet, for time of:
750 metre row
20 Handstand Pushups
Dak: Assisted HSPU 12.54 

115 pound Thruster, 20 reps
20 L-Pull ups
Dak: 40kg Thruster, Purple BA Kipping Pullups 17.40

Handstand push ups suck!!!
