I have my cert 3 and 4 in fitness, current first aid,Level 1 strength and conditioning coach, Level 1 Crossfit Coach, Level 2 Thump Boxing instructor. Fitness is my passion I have played a varied amount of sports for many years now so my training is performance based. Without Performance our workouts will be a mindless routine.
